We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your desired picture day date, especially during peak fall and spring seasons. That said, we do our best to accommodate late requests — contact us and we'll let you know availability.
Almost nothing. We bring all equipment, staff, backdrops, and supplies. We just need a designated indoor space with adequate room for setup and a schedule of when student groups will rotate through.
We scale our team to your event size. We regularly photograph hundreds and even thousands of athletes and students in a single day. Our operations are designed for volume without sacrificing individual attention.
View First means parents see their child's photos before they place an order — usually within 15 minutes of the photo being taken. Parents receive a link to view and purchase directly online. This eliminates paper order forms, day-of cash collection, and you acting as a go-between for families.
We coordinate makeup days directly with your school or league. Absent students and families who want a retake are scheduled through us — no extra burden on your staff.
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days of being placed. For programs with multiple picture days or makeup dates, orders ship after the final date.
Yes. We offer several programs designed to put money back into your school or league, including revenue-sharing on portrait sales, sponsorship opportunities, and program incentives. We work with you to choose one — a coach plaque, a sponsor plaque, banner credit, or sales commission — that best fits your community. Details vary by program size — we'll walk you through options when we talk.
Absolutely. We encourage you to learn about what Shot In Focus offers before your next contract renewal. Many of our current clients made the switch from national companies — reach out and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't do for your organization.
Individual photos using our View First process are typically available within 15 minutes of being taken. Team or class photos are available within 5–7 days of the last picture day or makeup day.
Click the "Parents → Order Photos" button in the navigation. You'll be directed to our portrait ordering platform where you can search for your child's school or league, view their photos, and place your order.
Our Picture Day Assistants are trained to help children get ready — straightening collars, tidying hair, and making sure they're comfortable and ready to smile. We use sterilized combs when needed and never change a child's hairstyle.
Orders take approximately 5–7 business days and are delivered via USPS. Orders may take a bit longer if multiple picture days or makeup days are still scheduled.
Once an order is placed it goes directly into production and cannot be changed or cancelled. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're unhappy with your order, return the entire package for a full refund.
